Job summary

Verily Health is hiring a Clinical Product Manager - Care Navigation to design and launch AI-enabled care navigation and population health solutions. You will bridge clinicians, product managers, engineers, and business teams to deliver compliant, impactful features throughout the lifecycle.

With domain expertise in user-centered design, regulatory compliance, and high-quality care delivery, you will report to the Associate Chief Clinical Officer, Care Solutions, and help close gaps in care

Qualifications

• Current clinical license and credential as a nurse practitioner, RN, MD, or DO.
• 5+ years of care navigation and/or care management experience as a patient-facing provider or administrator.
• 2+ years of medical product or clinical development experience.
• Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and feasibility to communicate with engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate clinical needs into actionable requirements and set the clinical vision based on evidence and regulations.
• Gather insights from clinicians, patients, and stakeholders to inform product development.
• Partner with product, engineering, design, clinical operations, marketing, and regulatory teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure products comply with regulations, meet user needs, and drive equitable patient care and safety.
• Track KPIs and user feedback to prioritize features and support clinician training materials.
