Agiliti is seeking a visionary Vice President of Clinical Advisory Services to lead a national advisory team, shape clinical strategy, and partner across Sales and Product functions. This leadership role focuses on customer outcomes, clinical excellence, and commercial growth within the healthcare device space.

The position requires extensive clinical leadership, strong collaboration with Executives, and travel up to 60% to support major accounts and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in nursing or related healthcare field; RN license preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive clinical leadership experience.
• Minimum 7 years leading clinical teams in healthcare or medical device sectors.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop national Clinical Advisor team focused on outcomes and commercial success.
• Partner with Sales to develop clinical engagement strategies for growth.
• Oversee clinical advisory activities: product demos, evaluations, trainings, and post-installation support.
• Provide clinical guidance for unmet needs and future product strategy.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing on safety and risk management.
