Agiliti is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Executive in San Diego to drive strategic sales initiatives for the Equipment Value Management portfolio. You will grow new business, protect large contracts, and lead sales processes for On-Site Managed, Clinical Engineering, and Peak Need Rental solutions.

Work with internal teams to maintain long-term client relationships and sustainable revenue growth, while traveling up to 60% to engage IDNs and health systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare sales (5+ in IDNs/health systems).
• Proven ability to influence C-suite executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term sales goals with quarterly/annual milestones and manage time to cover new business opportunities and renewals.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and C-suite executives; close new business and retain large contracts.
• Use data-driven insights to demonstrate value through cost savings and improved patient care.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations to deliver tailored solutions and drive retention.
• Stay informed on healthcare trends and market analysis to adapt strategies.
