Job summary

With 15+ years in A/E/C and strong executive communication, you will collaborate with business groups and technical teams to deploy client feedback systems, measure success, and support continuous improvement across HDR's global operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience leading large cross-functional strategic programs or initiatives.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide client experience program, defining vision, strategy, governance, and implementation.
• Advise and coach leaders on client feedback, relationships, and actions that strengthen trust and loyalty.
• Oversee Client Feedback System, analytics, and KPIs (NPS, client loyalty, retention).
• Develop tools and resources to strengthen client experience capabilities across the enterprise.
