Job summary

HDR is seeking an experienced Client Experience Director to lead the enterprise‑wide client experience strategy. You will translate client insights into actionable plans and collaborate with business groups, operations, marketing, and project delivery to improve loyalty and outcomes.

This in‑office role requires 15+ years in A/E/C, a strong track record in cross‑functional programs, and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent mix of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience leading large cross‑functional programs across complex organizations.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HDR’s enterprise‑wide client experience program, defining vision, strategy, governance, and implementation.
• Advocate for the Voice of the Client and translate insights into strategic and operational decisions.
• Drive cross‑functional initiatives to deploy client feedback systems and continuous improvement across the enterprise.
• Advance a client‑centric culture by embedding client‑focused behaviors and accountability.
