HDR is seeking a Client Experience Director to lead enterprise‑wide client experience strategy, strengthen client relationships, and drive outcomes across HDR’s service lines. The role collaborates with business groups, operations, marketing, and leadership to translate client insights into strategic actions.

The position emphasizes relationship‑building, change management, and performance measurement to advance client loyalty and long‑term growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, communications, organizational leadership, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Experience leading large cross‑functional programs across complex organizations.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to translate client insights into strategic and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead HDR’s enterprise‑wide client experience program, defining vision and implementation aligned with company direction.
• Serve as enterprise advocate for the Voice of the Client and incorporate insights into decision‑making.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives translating client feedback into action and continuous improvement.
