Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; 15+ years of multi-jurisdictional, multi-line claims experience.
• Experience leading executive claims leadership at a national or large regional carrier.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into department priorities and drive results.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property & casualty insurance, including workers' compensation.

Responsabilidades

• Translate corporate strategy into department priorities and align across functions.
• Develop and execute short- and long-range claims strategies and goals.
• Lead claims operations to maximize staff performance and ensure supervision and development.
• Oversee reserving practices for timely, accurate case reserves and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements; engage auditors.
