Job summary

North Point Church is seeking a Campus Pastor to lead the spiritual, cultural, and operational health of a campus. You will oversee campus staff and volunteers, ensuring excellent weekend experiences and alignment with the church's mission.

You will cast vision, develop leaders, and deliver clear, compassionate teaching while partnering with the Lead Pastor to contextualize messages for your campus and community.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for campus staff and volunteers.
• Ensure campus environments and communications align with North Point Church's mission, vision and values.
• Evaluate and improve weekend experiences through planning, reporting, and collaboration.
• Lead systems for connection, follow-up, and pastoral care across the campus.
• Establish and achieve campus goals aligned with overall church strategy.
• Serve as a campus communicator through preaching, hosting, and teaching when scheduled.
