Responsibilities

• Manage Care Resourcing including counseling and referral processes; maintain relationships with counselors and organizations.
• Oversee growth strategies for Care classes and leadership development across campuses.
• Assist with development of pastoral care responses and training (funerals, hospital visits, crises).
• Create curriculum and training opportunities for pastors, staff, and volunteers leading care conversations.
• Stay current on best practices for Care Ministries and attend relevant conferences as assigned.
• Participate in teaching responsibilities in Care Events and Care Classes/Groups.
• Provide pastoral care including funerals and hospital/home visits; support campus events as designated.
• Participate in campus functions and weekend ministry activities as assigned.
