Qualifications

• Built and scaled a high-impact venture from scratch (bonus if it involved physical operations or education).
• Deep, personal understanding of gifted students or related experience.
• AI First mentality and use of AI for problem-solving at scale.
• Proven ability to articulate a compelling vision and convert skeptics into believers.

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and scale a high-performance gifted school model prototype to a national network.
• Build and validate a physical model campus including staffing, space design, and operations.
• Develop parent-facing messaging, market strategies, and growth playbooks to fuel expansion.
• Define, document, and scale quality standards and cultural rituals across future sites.
• Act as the public face of the model, driving visibility through media, events, and partnerships.
