Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM Staff Lead Team and Site Directors to ensure cohesive ministry operations.
• Develop long-range strategic plans for Camp and Retreat Ministries across the conference.
• Oversee financial health, budgeting, reporting, and risk management for CRM sites.
