The Warwick Conference Center, a facility of the Reformed Church in America, seeks an Executive Director to lead mission, strategy, and operations at a serene, 150-acre retreat site near New York City.

You will drive fundraising, financial stewardship, staff development, and program excellence while building partnerships with donors, churches, and community allies to sustain ministry and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience in nonprofit management or ministry settings.
• Experience with fundraising, donor cultivation, grants, and campaigns.
• Strong strategic planning, organizational development, and governance skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking abilities.

Aufgaben

• Promote the Christian mission, vision, and values of WCC.
• Develop organizational goals and measurable performance indicators with the Board.
• Lead fundraising, annual giving, major gifts, grants, and campaigns.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Foster staff recruitment, development, and performance; ensure effective program delivery.
• Maintain board relations and provide timely reports and governance support.
• Oversee facilities, hospitality, conference services, and risk management.
