Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial building maintenance or engineering experience.
• Strong HVAC knowledge; certification strongly preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license; Black Seal license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations and maintenance across the campus.
• Operate, monitor, and adjust mechanical systems including HVAC.
• Conduct plumbing, piping, electrical, and mechanical repairs as needed.
