Job summary

Global Fintech Talent is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer / BSA Officer to lead the US compliance programme for an international digital assets business. This role is remote within the United States and reports to the Board, with authority over filing decisions and a hands-on, practical approach to compliance.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in BSA/AML within US-regulated finance, including 3+ years as a BSA Officer, and strong OFAC expertise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of BSA/AML experience in US-regulated financial services.
• 3+ years as a BSA Officer, Deputy or equivalent with filing authority.
• Hands-on programme ownership in crypto/payments/fintech MSB.

Responsibilities

• Own US BSA/AML programme effectiveness and examination readiness.
• Lead transaction monitoring, SAR decisions and filings, and sanctions compliance.
• Oversee KYC, enhanced due diligence, customer risk and vendor management.
• Lead regulatory responses with banking partners and drive remediation.
• Collaborate with Product and Operations to implement practical controls for growth.
