Job summary

Bullish US LLC is seeking a BSA/AML Officer to lead the US compliance program for tokenized securities, derivatives, and spot trading. This role requires strong knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, and regulatory reporting, with direct involvement in audits and regulatory examinations.

The position is based in NYC, requiring a minimum of four days in the office per week, and offers a base salary aligned with market norms for senior compliance leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, and related regulations.
• Experience with regulatory examinations and relationships with examiners.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (e.g., JD, MBA).
• Active FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses or willingness to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BSA/AML program for the US entity across tokenized securities, derivatives and spot trading.
• Implement and maintain domestic BSA/AML and OFAC compliance programs.
• Oversee regulatory reporting to FinCEN, SEC, CFTC, FINRA, NFA, NYDFS, etc.
• Train employees and promote a strong compliance culture.
• Coordinate audits and regulatory examinations with regulators.
