Job summary

Aspire Dental, part of The Aspen Group, seeks a visionary VP of Brand & Integrated Marketing to design and execute a comprehensive strategy across digital, social, traditional media, and in-center channels. You will partner with field marketing and clinical teams to articulate Aspen’s care value and ensure a consistent patient journey.

The role requires 15+ years in brand and integrated marketing, including 5+ years leading teams of 15+. Healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 15+ years in brand and integrated marketing.
• 5+ years in senior leadership leading teams of 15+.
• 7+ years brand-side experience.
• Healthcare industry or multi-location brands experience is a plus.
• Agency experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data-driven, multi-year brand and integrated marketing strategy for Aspen, driving growth in patient acquisition and brand equity.
• Architect and lead integrated marketing campaigns across all digital and traditional channels, optimizing for ROI through analytics.
• Manage agency partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and budget.
• Drive seamless integration of brand messaging across patient touchpoints, including in-center experiences and digital platforms.
• Define and enforce brand guidelines and messaging standards across all channels.
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
