Job summary

Lumafield is seeking a senior communications leader to shape and tell the company narrative across earned media, executive platforms, and owned editorial. You will build and lead a small, high-performing team, guiding storytelling for reporters, investors, and enterprise buyers.

You will own the CEO platform, ghostwriting, prep, bookings, and opportunities for speaking engagements, podcasts, and conferences, while directing brand and website experience.

Qualifications

• Evidence of excellent, highly-effective work in past roles.
• Experience building and executing editorial and media strategies for B2B tech brands.
• Ability to manage a small high-performing team and collaborate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Own company narrative and messaging to engage reporters, buyers, and investors.
• Lead earned media and leverage networks; selectively use outside help when additive.
• Manage CEO platforms: ghostwriting, prep, bookings, op-eds, podcasts, and stage time.
