Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a senior investment leader to define strategy, oversee BTC-lending, basis and yield opportunities, and manage a regulated fund with a focus on risk-adjusted Bitcoin returns. You will lead due diligence, governance, and investor relations in a fully remote, international setting.

You will build a team, coordinate across custodians and admins, and report performance to the board while ensuring regulatory compliance and capital preservation.

Qualifications

• Ten years of asset management/trading experience with P&L responsibility.
• Experience managing a regulated fund or institutional mandate with at least $100M AUM.
• Deep practical knowledge of Bitcoin markets and BTC-collateralized lending.
• Understanding DeFi mechanisms, lending protocols, liquidity pools, and on-chain risks.
• Strong portfolio construction, risk-adjusted performance, liquidity management, and stress testing.
• Experience with NAV calculations, valuation policies, and regulatory reporting.
• Proven fundraising and investor relations with crypto foundations or institutional allocators.
• Experience coordinating with administrators, custodians, auditors, and legal advisers.

Responsibilities

• Define the fund's investment strategy and governance with board approval.
• Source and evaluate opportunities across BTC lending, market-neutral, and yield strategies.
• Lead due diligence on counterparties, protocols, custodians, and trading venues.
• Monitor performance, risk exposures, and provide transparent attribution.
• Develop liquidity management and collateral frameworks with risk function.
• Oversee investor communications, reports, calls, and meetings.
• Build and lead a lean investment team as the fund scales.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to shape product priorities.
