Zusammenfassung

RootstockLabs seeks a visionary Fund Manager to architect and scale an institutional BTC-denominated investment fund. You will own strategy, portfolio construction, risk governance, investor relations, and regulatory compliance from ground up.

The role focuses on delivering risk-adjusted BTC returns with principal preservation, targeting a Cayman SPC structure with independent directors and an administrator. A high-impact leadership opportunity in the Bitcoin ecosystem.

Qualifikationen

10+ years in asset management, credit, or trading.
At least 5 years as portfolio manager or CIO with P&L responsibility.
Track record managing a regulated fund or institutional mandate (>$100M AUM).
Deep knowledge of Bitcoin markets and BTC-collateralised lending.
Experience with governance, NAV/valuation, and audits.

Aufgaben

Set fund strategy, allocation policy and limits; obtain board approval.
Source and diligence BTC lending, basis and onchain yield positions.
Conduct counterparty due diligence including custody and liquidation risk.
Report performance in BTC terms with clear attribution.
Develop risk framework: exposure limits, concentration, liquidity buckets.
