Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Vice President, Healthcare Products to own the U.S. healthcare portfolio across medical, pharmacy and behavioral health programs.

You will set product strategy, manage financial and clinical performance, and drive vendor partnerships to deliver accessible and affordable employee health solutions. This leader will design multi-year healthcare roadmaps for a diverse workforce and partner with Finance, Compliance and Benefits teams to ensure regulatory alignment and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the healthcare space with employer-sponsored healthcare programs.
• 5+ years of leadership experience with cross-functional partnerships.
• Ownership of medical, pharmacy/PBM and behavioral-health strategy, plan design, financial forecasting and vendor performance.
• Executive-level financial, analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience leading major procurements, negotiations and vendor remediation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year healthcare strategy and product roadmap for diverse employee populations.
• Design healthcare solutions for a large, varied workforce across studios, theme parks, productions and corporate functions.
• Evaluate plan design, networks, funding, contributions and cost against affordability and outcomes.
• Own budgeting, cost management and vendor performance with Finance and actuarial resources.
• Present strategy and performance recommendations to senior HR and business leaders.
