Job summary

OpenAI in San Francisco and New York City is seeking a senior leader to define and drive the strategy for OpenAI’s B2B marketplace, shaping how customers discover, evaluate, adopt, and manage trusted third-party solutions built on OpenAI’s models.

You will own the roadmap, partner with product and engineering, build a scalable ecosystem, and establish governance and success metrics to deliver measurable commercial and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in marketplaces, platforms, ecosystems, or general management.
• Proven track record building scaled B2B marketplaces with measurable outcomes.
• Strong ability to align product, commercial, and operations across functions.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and metrics for OpenAI's marketplace.
• Own business performance across supply, demand, adoption, and trust.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and security to shape capabilities.
• Build an ecosystem of ISVs, developers, service providers, and partners.
