Responsibilities

• Develop and lead audience development strategies across multiple platforms to drive viewership and fandom.
• Create growth plans for linear, streaming, social, digital, FAST, and discovery platforms.
• Leverage analytics to optimize audience acquisition, retention and engagement.
• Build relationships with agency partners and CRM platforms to support activation strategies.
• Establish measurement frameworks, dashboards, and executive reporting for audience growth.
• Drive discoverability through metadata optimization, platform placement, and search performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.
• Lead initiatives focused on audience conversion and long-term franchise growth.
• Document processes to create scalable audience development models.
