Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review investigations and determine charges in coordination with law enforcement.
• Present cases in District and Circuit Court; handle Juvenile Court matters.
• Represent the People of Michigan in pretrial matters, pleas, trials, sentencing and some appeals.
• Perform trial preparation and negotiate pleas with victims, witnesses, and law enforcement.
