Job summary

The candidate will engage with senior engineers to deliver value-driven IT strategies, manage technical debt, and champion DevSecOps practices across delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading solution delivery for US Government customers.
• Prior experience managing senior technical personnel.
• Understanding of the US Government marketspace with emphasis on solution development.
• Prior experience managing solution design, development, and delivery for multiple enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Devise strategies and deliver value solutions aligned with client vision and goals.
• Create architecture roadmaps; oversee transition plans and modernization efforts.
• Govern adoption of engineering practices including DevSecOps, CI/CD, and security-by-design.
• Translate business issues into technical requirements and identify process improvements.
• Lead engagements and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
