Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 15+ years of experience.
• 10+ years in enterprise IT, solution architecture, or systems engineering.
• Experience supporting capture efforts with solution concepts and roadmaps.
• Ability to present complex technical solutions to executives and government stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, data, cybersecurity, and IT service management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise authority for solution architecture across DHS capture efforts.
• Lead end-to-end technical solutions spanning cloud, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data, and IT service management.
• Develop initial capture concepts, architectures, and roadmaps for opportunities.
• Ensure continuity between proposed capture solutions and post-award execution.
• Balance innovation, risk, cost, schedule, and feasibility with delivery leadership.
• Engage DHS stakeholders to understand mission needs and articulate value.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and advise adoption aligned with DHS priorities.
• Support program execution by guiding technical decisions and mitigating risk.
