Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in technology architecture with large-scale, mission-critical systems in regulated environments.
• Deep expertise in architectural frameworks, cloud, digital platforms, workflow automation, and AI.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, data security, and risk management in financial services.
• Proven ability to drive transformation and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the architectural roadmap for Home Lending Originations, aligning with objectives, regs, and tech standards.
• Lead design and implementation of end-to-end solutions, including digital platforms and workflow automation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Evaluate emerging cloud and AI technologies to inform architecture decisions and maintain competitiveness.
• Partner with product, risk, compliance, and operations to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
• Oversee architectural governance, ensuring security and regulatory compliance.
• Develop relationships with internal/external stakeholders and technology partners.
• Represent Home Lending Originations in executive technology forums and events.
