Job summary

Legion Technologies is seeking a Chief Architect to lead hands‑on architectural decisions for the AI‑driven Workforce Management platform. You will shape long‑term architecture across services, data, ML systems, and enterprise integrations while guiding senior engineers and product teams.

You will own platform standards, drive reliability, security, and observability, and ensure scalable, configurable solutions for global customers. This is a remote role with travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and scaling mission‑critical, multi‑tenant SaaS platforms for enterprise customers.
• Hands‑on leadership with ability to engage in code‑level and design‑level discussions.
• Proven track record of steering architecture decisions for large scale systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Legion’s senior hands‑on technical authority for architecture, system design, and platform evolution.
• Lead architecture reviews, design reviews, and implementation planning across AI, data, and reliability domains.
• Create architecture decisions, ADRs, and concrete roadmaps aligning with product goals and customer needs.
• Identify and mitigate architectural debt and platform constraints before they impact customers.
