Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia (Virginia), LLC seeks a Chief Anesthesiologist for an ambulatory surgery center serving Richmond, VA and surrounding communities. The center performs outpatient orthopedic procedures with 100% CRNA coverage and no weekends or nights.

Salary is around $530,000 with a $100,000 sign-on; generous benefits and loan repayment/training support are available. Candidates must be MD/DO, residency trained, board eligible/certified, and licensed to practice in the state.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified.
• Current medical licensure.
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
