Job summary

SimplePractice is seeking aTechnical Head of AI Transformation to drive AI initiatives across GTM and G&A, building a focused team of AI solution engineers embedded with marketing and other functions.

You will shape the strategy, establish KPIs, and partner with IT to provide the foundational tools needed for responsible AI adoption while protecting customer data in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience guiding AI initiatives in a B2B SaaS context.
• Proven ability to align AI strategy with business goals and customer needs.
• Experience with regulated environments and privacy concerns.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Transformation roadmap across GTM and G&A functions.
• Build and manage a team of AI solution engineers embedded with various functions.
• Define KPIs and OKRs for internal AI adoption and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with IT/Technology to share tooling and enable scalable AI solutions.
• Educate the organization on AI capabilities and responsible adoption.
