You will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Research, Development, Regulatory Sciences, Operations and Commercial to deliver secure AI products at scale. You will build governance, architecture and an AI operating model that enables responsible, compliant, impactful AI across geographies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leadership in regulated pharma/biotech with AI, data, or digital strategy.
• 5+ years leading large-scale AI/digital transformation with measurable outcomes.
• Experience turning priorities into scalable AI solutions.
• Familiarity with AI platforms, data environments, governance and responsible AI.

Responsabilités

• Set the enterprise AI strategy with multi-year roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Build and govern a high-value AI portfolio across functions and geographies.
• Define AI operating model, governance and decision rights for adoption and value.
• Turn innovations into secure, scalable AI products with lifecycle management.
• Strengthen architecture, data standards, privacy and security in AI solutions.
• Advise senior leaders with clear recommendations and trade-offs.
• Develop AI capability across Alexion with learning and communities of practice.
• Measure adoption, impact and value against value cases; report progress.
• Advance responsible AI and regulatory alignment throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead through influence to foster AI leadership across the organization.
