Brobston Group is seeking a senior leader to steer the enterprise AI strategy, product portfolio, and operating model from an AI Center of Excellence. You will shape the AI roadmap, governance, and practices to deliver measurable value across consumer, commercial, operational, and corporate functions.

The role requires building and scaling AI products and platforms, leading global teams, and advising senior leaders on AI opportunities, risks, and transformation.

Competenze

• 10+ years in AI strategy, digital product leadership, or related roles.
• Experience scaling enterprise AI products and operating models.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross‑functional programs.

• Define enterprise AI strategy, multi-year roadmap, metrics and value realization.
• Lead AI product management across a portfolio, partnering with Eng, Data, and Architecture.
• Design governance, responsible AI standards, and investment prioritization.
• Evaluate emerging AI tech and guide pilots and enterprise adoption.
• Build and lead a global AI Strategy and PM organization; advise senior leaders.
