Job summary

Citi’s Enterprise Operations & Technology team seeks a senior Enterprise Security Architect for AI to define security strategy and secure architectures for IAM and AI platforms across the bank. You will lead risk-based decisions, mentor staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance secure AI adoption while maintaining regulatory alignment.

The role focuses on agentic AI systems, lifecycle security, and governance, with strong emphasis on Zero Trust, data protection, and model

Qualifications

• 15+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• Experience leading security architecture for IAM and AI programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of IAM tools (Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, SailPoint, CyberArk).
• Familiarity with OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM and related protocols.
• Strong understanding of NIST 800-53, ISO 27001 and FFIEC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the security strategy for IAM and AI security across the enterprise.
• Architect secure, scalable IAM solutions and AI security reference models.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and governance practices.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science and risk teams to embed security by design.
