• Think in SLOs, unit economics, and feedback loops.

Responsibilities

• Run the operational substrate that orchestrates agents across multiple products.
• Own cost‑per‑task, latency, and reliability targets for every model and agent in production.
• Build the evaluation, observability, and incident‑response playbooks for autonomous workflows.
• Lead a small team of AI ops engineers and on-call operators.
• Partner with the CEO and SVP of Infrastructure on roadmap and capacity planning.
