Job summary

FairSquare in Atlanta, San Diego and Orlando is seeking a Chief Information & AI Officer to own the technology stack across software, data, infrastructure, security and IT, and to answer how AI should be used with human accountability.

You will lead an AI Center of Excellence, set enterprise AI strategy tied to core goals, govern risk, and align budgets with strategic priorities, delivering measurable results to regulators, partners and owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or data science.
• Master's or PhD in AI/ML preferred.
• 10+ years in technology roles with hands-on AI/ML exposure.
• 5+ years leading people.

Responsibilities

• Set the technology and AI strategy for the enterprise.
• Lead an AI Center of Excellence with shared tooling and standards.
• Prioritize AI use cases with a risk-based framework.
• Govern model risk management, data protection, and regulatory compliance for AI.
• Own end-to-end infrastructure, security, and platforms supporting AI.
