Job summary

Pursuit is seeking a Chief Strategy and Growth Officer to lead our enterprise strategy, growth roadmap, and new delivery and partnership models. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape the company’s scale and coordinate cross-functional teams across programs, partnerships, and revenue initiatives.

The role sits in NYC on a hybrid schedule; the CSGO will build strategies with senior leadership and guide capital allocation to support rapid expansion and sustainable impact.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of executive experience leading growth initiatives.
• Cross-functional leadership across product, sales, operations, and finance.
• Experience designing GTM strategies and high-margin offerings.
• Proven track record building strategic partnerships and multi-market expansion.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year enterprise strategy with growth targets and market criteria.
• Lead scaling decisions, roadmaps, and go/no-go governance.
• Direct a portfolio of strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Architect earned revenue strategy and partner channels.
• Collaborate on organizational topology, funding, and staffing.
• Drive trials and pilots to launch commercial products.
• Manage a team of analysts and directors.
