Job summary

Dynamic Search Consulting (DSC) seeks a Chief AI Officer to lead the company’s enterprise AI strategy and align AI investments with growth and private equity value creation. You will partner with the CEO, Board, PE sponsor, Product and Engineering to identify and prioritize high-impact AI applications, while leading AI product development and governance across the organization.

The role requires translating complex AI concepts into measurable business outcomes and building a high-performing team

Qualifications

Proven ability to develop and execute enterprise-level AI strategies that drive measurable value.
Strong leadership experience across AI engineering, data science and product teams.
Experience integrating AI into commercial SaaS products and scaling production AI.
Deep knowledge of AI governance, security, privacy, and model risk.
Experience evaluating AI investments with ROI, adoption and monetization in focus.

Responsibilities

Define and lead enterprise-wide AI strategy and roadmap aligned with growth objectives.
Partner with CEO, Board, PE sponsor, and senior leaders to prioritize high-impact AI applications.
Lead development and commercialization of AI-powered products and platform enhancements.
Embed AI across internal workflows and measure ROI, margin impact and leverage.
Establish governance, security, privacy, and compliance standards for AI initiatives.
Build and mentor a high-performing AI org across engineering, ML, data science, and applied research.
