Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in data engineering, AI, analytics platforms, or related leadership roles.
• Experience working with Director, VP, and C-suite stakeholders in large enterprises.
• Proven success leading data, AI, engineering, or platform teams at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve data strategy, architecture, and governance for enterprise data and AI assets.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps translating business priorities into data/AI initiatives.
• Lead scalable data/AI platforms with modern engineering practices and SDLC discipline.
• Oversee platforms like Databricks, Azure Data Services, and related technologies.
• Drive governance, security, and regulatory compliance for data/AI products.
• Partner with enterprise stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and valuable solutions.
