Discovery Land Company is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to lead the AI program from its Beverly Hills corporate office. You will co‑own the AI roadmap, define architecture, and set engineering standards.

Expect hands‑on work with Claude, MCP integrations, and 365 automation while mentoring teams and driving measurable hours saved. You will partner with departments to prioritize use cases, write clear requirements, and track adoption metrics, delivering high-impact AI solutions across

Qualifications

• 8+ years of combined experience in software engineering and product management, incl. shipping LLM-based products.
• Hands-on production experience with Claude and Anthropic ecosystem, including Codex, API, and MCP.
• Strong experience with the Microsoft 365 stack and related automation tools.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience translating ambiguous business requests into shipped, measurable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Set AI strategy, 1- and 3-year roadmaps, and engineering standards for all AI solutions.
• Own product delivery, write requirements and success metrics, manage backlogs.
• Lead adoption through training, docs, and end-user feedback loops.
• Build AI solutions with Claude, MCP integrations, n8n/Power Automate, and MS Graph.
• Govern AI security, data privacy, and vendor security reviews.
