Qualifications

• 8+ years of combined experience in software engineering and product management.
• Hands-on production experience with Claude and the Anthropic ecosystem.

• Set technical direction and roadmaps for DLC AI initiatives.
• Own AI reference architecture across agents, MCP integrations, retrieval, and automation.
• Lead engineering standards and guardrails for production AI solutions.
