Cyma Systems Inc. is seeking an AI Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale AI initiatives, from discovery to architecture and rapid prototyping, with a strong focus on Claude and Azure.

The role blends advisory architecture with hands-on building, requiring experience across GenAI, LLMs, and secure cloud architectures. This 6-month remote-USA position emphasizes governance and collaboration with executives.

Qualifications

• 10 to 12 years in technology, including 3 or more in AI/ML and GenAI.
• Solid Azure architecture experience (AI Foundry, data services, identity, networking).
• Hands-on work with LLMs and agentic systems; Claude experience is a big plus.
• Working knowledge of Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Experience in banking or financial services and comfort with regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery workshops with business and technology leaders, then turn pain points into scored, prioritized use cases with clear KPIs and rough cost ranges.
• Design scalable, secure reference architectures on Azure with Claude at the core.
• Build rapid prototypes of agents, copilots, and RAG solutions using the Claude Agent SDK, MCP, multi-agent patterns, and Claude Code.
• Bring Power Platform and Copilot Studio in where low-code is the faster route.
• Guide a delivery pod through pilot and production, with governance, security, and compliance built in from day one.
