Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a technical field.
• 15+ years of full-time professional experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
• Experience with AI technologies and responsible AI practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on AI, generative AI, LLMs, ML and AI capabilities.
• Lead AI component integration into complex DoW software environments.
• Demonstrate AI-enabled engineering techniques to improve productivity.
• Develop AI-augmented engineering standards and best practices.
• Mentor teams on generative AI in development workflows.
• Prototype AI developer tooling and evaluate new AI tech.
• Create AI dashboards, interfaces and insights.
• Identify lifecycle areas accelerated by AI and automation.
