Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent full-time experience.
• 15+ years of full-time professional experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Expert-level knowledge of AI technologies including generative AI, LLMs, ML, and AI automation.
• Experience with agent-based development, LLM APIs, RAG, vector databases, and model evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the organization’s SME on AI, generative AI, LLMs and ML.
• Lead AI components integration into complex DoW software environments.
• Develop AI-enabled engineering standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Deliver AI-enabled dashboards, interfaces, and insights.
• Prototype and evaluate emerging AI developer tooling.
• Mentor teams on generative AI in development workflows.
• Identify lifecycle areas accelerated by AI and automation.
