United Cerebral Palsy Seguin of Greater Chicago seeks a Chief Advancement Officer to advance the organization’s mission through philanthropic growth and enterprise revenue. This executive leads a comprehensive revenue strategy across fundraising, grants, marketing, and partnerships, reporting to the President and CEO.

The role emphasizes relationship building, strategic oversight, and measurable impact across donor programs and social enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Social Services, Education, or related field.
• At least six (6) years of progressively responsible senior leadership experience in advancement, fundraising, enterprise development, business operations, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success managing complex revenue portfolios that include both philanthropy and earned income.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute multi-year revenue growth strategy for contributed, earned, and enterprise revenue.
• Oversee all fundraising, grants, and donor stewardship activities.
• Identify mission-aligned enterprise opportunities to diversify revenue.
• Lead marketing, communications, and brand strategies.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing advancement team.
• Partner with Board and CEO on governance and fundraising strategy.
