Qualifications

• Significant progressively responsible experience in advancement, development, fundraising, alumni relations, or related nonprofit leadership.
• Demonstrated record of cultivating, soliciting, closing, and stewarding major gifts.
• Experience developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies.
• Experience supervising advancement professionals and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve on Executive Cabinet and contribute to strategic planning.
• Lead comprehensive fundraising strategies including campaigns and annual giving.
• Manage a portfolio of principal gift prospects with President and Board involvement.
• Provide leadership for alumni, parent, and family relations to foster campus-wide philanthropy.
• Oversee communications to safeguard brand and align messaging with institutional goals.
• Lead the University Foundation as President and coordinate with the Board of Regents.
