Job summary
Dallas Children's Advocacy Center in Dallas, TX seeks a Chief Advancement Officer to shape and execute strategic fundraising and marketing initiatives. This senior leader will guide multimillion-dollar programs, secure annual support, and strengthen donor relationships across the giving spectrum while elevating the DCAC brand and mission.
The CAO will lead a high-performing team, partner with the President/CEO, and drive fundraising, marketing, and advocacy efforts to ensure sustainable growth
Qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of nonprofit fundraising and marketing leadership.
- Proven success in multimillion-dollar campaigns and donor cultivation.
- Experience collaborating with boards, volunteers, and senior leaders.
- Expertise in email marketing, creative design, and content management.
- Strong strategic planning and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Oversee donor lifecycle, corporate/foundation partnerships, and events.
- Lead marketing and brand awareness to elevate organizational visibility.
- Mentor a high-performing advancement team and engage the Board.
- Serve as DCAC's public representative and advocate for the mission.
