Ucp-Seguin-of-Greater-Chicago is seeking a visionary Chief Advancement Officer to lead philanthropic growth and enterprise revenue in Cicero, Illinois. Reporting to the President/CEO, you will shape a comprehensive revenue strategy across fundraising, grants, marketing, and external engagement.

Qualifications

Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Six+ years of senior leadership in advancement, fundraising, enterprise development, or related fields.
Proven track record managing revenue portfolios that include philanthropy and earned income.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-year strategy to grow contributed, earned, and enterprise revenue.
Oversee all fundraising efforts including major gifts, annual giving, grants, events, and donor stewardship.
Identify mission-aligned enterprise opportunities to diversify revenue.
Establish metrics and reporting to track growth, profitability, and impact.
Lead marketing, communications, and brand strategies to raise visibility.
Recruit and develop a high-performing advancement and enterprise team.
Serve as staff liaison to the Board Development Committee.
Partner with the Board to strengthen fundraising and organizational sustainability.
