Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead all institutional fundraising activities including foundations, corporate, government, major gifts, planned giving, and partnerships.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive institutional advancement strategy aligned with the organization's mission and vision.
• Provide fundraising analytics, donor segmentation, reporting, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Foster collaboration across departments to align fundraising with programs, communications, and strategic objectives.
