Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC in Kannapolis is seeking a friendly, energetic team member to deliver excellent guest service in the deli/kitchen area. You will assist with product prep, stocking, safety, and guest engagement while maintaining Lowes Foods standards and daily tasks as directed by management.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 25 lb regularly and 50 lb occasionally, and a readiness to learn multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to ensure a high-quality guest

• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Knowledge of deli as well as chicken kitchen operations.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Effective communication, guest service and selling skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to effectively communicate with, and take direction from supervision.
