Job summary

W. Lee Flowers is seeking a customer-focused team member to provide exceptional guest service in the deli department. You will help with product preparation, stocking, and guest interactions to ensure quality and standards are met, while maintaining sanitation and safety per store guidelines.

The role requires the ability to lift 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and collaborate with the team to deliver a positive guest experience every shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to engage guests and provide friendly service.
• Knowledge of deli and chicken kitchen operations.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective communication and selling skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and willingness to have fun with guests.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
