Job summary

The role requires maintaining batter prep stations, overseeing fryer operations, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met during busy shifts.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain clean-as-you-go practices, manage stock at the batter area, and assist with other tasks as assigned by the Manager in Charge.

Responsibilities

• Sets up batter table, collects smallwares, and prepares batter mix.
• Ensures call sheets are complete, posted and used.
• Checks equipment and reports malfunctions to the Manager in Charge.
• Balances fryers and maintains shortening level.
• Filters and cleans fryers safely as scheduled.
• Pans sufficient chicken for operations.
• Prepares and cooks food per Manager's direction.
• Ensures food meets specs and holding times per SOP.
